Farming is the act of planting and harvesting certain Raw Food items in Raft.
Summary
Farming in Raft is the easiest way of ensuring a steady access to food items that replenish Hunger.
Using Crop Plots, the player may plant different plants such as Potatoes and Beets, or plant trees that can be chopped down for Coconuts or Mangos. Each Crop Plot is sized to match certain plants:
- The Small Crop Plot is used for growing Potatoes, Beets or Flowers.
- The Medium Crop Plot is used for growing Pineapples and Watermelons.
- The Large Crop Plot is for planting trees.
Apart from giving the player access to food, Farming is also good for growing flowers for Paint and trees for Planks and Palm Leaves.
