The Mechanical Component is a Quest Item in Raft.

The Mechanical Component can be found around and in the Vasagatan vessel. After collecting five pieces it can be assembled into a Car Jack which gives access to a room blocked by a metal cabinet. It is assembled on the lowest deck in the far end, opposite of the rear entrance.
