Uses

• Using the radar on the receiver's display will allow you to locate an abandoned sea facility located at the glowing dot which contains scrap and plastic as well as the "Is there a Utopia?" Achievement.

Requirements

To activate the receiver, it must meet the following requirements:

• Receiver has to be placed atleast 1 floor above sea level
• Have three Antennas placed at same height level as the receiver.
• The Antennas must be atleast 4 floor widths away from eachother and atleast 2 floor widths away from the receiver
• Has a battery with remaining power, inserted into the receiver
