Rug is a decoration in Raft. The Rug is an item unlocked from the beginning, and can be used as decoration and placed anywhere there is wooden floor.

Can be placed on a wooden floor or a foundation and rotated freely. Used as decoration. Cannot be colored with paint.
Strangely, if you want to place the paint mill here, you can. It's unknown if is a bug or a intent.
