Foundation Armor is a Raft Element structure in Raft.
Summary
- Makes any Foundation or Collection Net impervious to shark attacks.
- Selecting it from the Hammer's build menu allows it to be placed on any already-existing foundation piece.
Uses
- Can be used to protect your raft from the shark. The armor will quadruple the HP of any Foundation or Collection Net.
- Repairing the block with the hammer will restore 12.5% of its max HP.
- The shark will automatically leave after damaging 25% of its HP. (In the current version of the game, the shark is not supposed to attack armored foundation.)
- Slightly reduces the cost of repairs by allowing the player to repair foundation pieces at up to 87.5% HP without wasting planks.
- Important to protect any exposed Collection Nets or Foundations that support important structures or items.
- Because the shark often targets foundation pieces that jut out from the raft, consider placing armor on an intentionally over-extended piece of foundation.
